Abstract - Analyzed and discussed the rental data of Manhattan in the past year with differentmodels to get the impact of different factors on apartment rent.In addition to that, we hope that theconclusions drawn from the analysis of the data will provide some guidance to potential renters, whichwill enable them to choose the right apartment according to their needs and budget.
